Getting started with the duototo app
Installation takes under two minutes. Visit duototo.app on your phone, tap the app download link, and follow your device's install prompt. Android users may need to enable "Unknown sources" in Settings if they've never installed apps outside the Play Store. iOS users install directly from our link without extra steps.
Once installed, open the app and log in with your email and password. If you don't have an account yet, tap "Create account" and complete the signup flow: email verification, KYC document upload (ID card or passport), and a deposit method. We accept DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet.
Live-dealer tables on your phone
Our live studios stream blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger with professional dealers and multi-camera angles. Each table shows the dealer, the shoe or wheel, and a chat panel where you can see other players' messages. Tap a seat to join, place your bet using the on-screen buttons, and watch the hand play out in real time.
Video quality adapts to your connection. On WiFi or 5G, you get full HD. On 4G, the app scales down to 720p automatically. If your signal drops, the stream pauses and reconnects without closing your session. You stay seated at the table and can resume betting once the video returns.
Our low-data mode is a separate setting in the app menu. Toggle it on, and we compress the stream further—video becomes 480p, but the table remains fully playable. This mode uses roughly 30 MB per hour instead of 80 MB, so a two-hour session on a limited data plan stays manageable.
Minimum bet and table limits
Each table displays its minimum and maximum bet on the seat selection screen. Minimums range from low stakes to high-roller tables. Choose a table that matches your session budget before you sit down.
Sportsbook and slot games in the app
Beyond live dealers, the duototo app includes a full sportsbook covering Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and MotoGP. Tap the Sportsbook tab to see upcoming fixtures, live scores, and available markets. Slot games like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways load instantly and play smoothly on any screen size.
The app also features our 2D number game, arcade titles, and tournament modes where you compete against other players for leaderboard prizes. Each game type has its own tab, so you can switch between a live roulette table and a slot spin without leaving the app.
Deposits and withdrawals in the app
Tap the Account menu, then Deposit. Select your payment method—mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or a bank account. Enter your amount and confirm. Most deposits arrive within seconds. Your balance updates instantly in the app, and you can join a table right away.
To withdraw, go to Account > Withdrawal, enter your amount, and select your payment method. We process withdrawals subject to verification windows; your funds return to the same account you deposited from. If your withdrawal is flagged for review, our support team will contact you via email or in-app message with next steps.

Account security and login
Your duototo account is protected by email verification and password encryption. When you log in from a new device, we may ask you to verify your email or answer a security question. This step takes under a minute and keeps your account safe from unauthorized access.
If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. Check your inbox and spam folder, click the link, and create a new password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, contact our support team via the in-app help menu.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication if your device supports it. Go to Account > Security Settings and follow the prompts. This adds an extra layer of protection, especially if you use the same password across multiple apps.
Technical support and troubleshooting
If a table won't load, try closing the app and reopening it. If the video freezes, check your WiFi or mobile signal strength. Switching to low-data mode often resolves streaming issues on slower connections. If a bet doesn't register, wait a few seconds—the app may still be processing your action.
For persistent problems, tap the Help icon in the app menu. You can chat with our support team, email us, or browse our FAQ. We're available in English and Indonesian. Response times vary depending on ticket volume, but we aim to address technical issues within standard business windows.
